Exclusive hospitality lounge and theme park dining hall sited at Turn 20 of the Circuit of the Americas.
The T20 Paddock Club was designed and built as a dual-purpose building. It serves as both a premier hospitality venue for major motorsports events at the Circuit of the Americas — NASCAR, Formula 1, and MotoGP — and as the primary dining facility for COTALAND Theme Park.
Situated directly adjacent to Turn 20, the building provides expansive views of the finish line and the COTA Tower from both its conditioned dining space at ground level and a shaded rooftop terrace above. At one end, a 6,000 sf commercial kitchen and operations facility serves as the backbone of COTALAND's food and beverage operations; at the other, a full-service bar provides a stage for exclusive hospitality buyouts.
The design itself is a sleek interpretation of the existing Paddock building, with extensive glazing allowing visibility from the park to the track. The remaining mass is a panelized stucco system with a bold red stripe, responding to the existing styling of the track buildings and to its location within the theme park.
