Texas' only tilt coaster — an entertainment engineering marvel.

Circuit Breaker is a steel tilt roller coaster manufactured by Vekoma. The first of its kind in Texas and one of only two in the United States, it is a high-thrill ride and one of the signature attractions at COTALAND in Austin.

Located just beyond the final corner at the Circuit of the Americas, the ride and its associated loading station, maintenance bay, and gift shop presented a significant challenge due to complex interface requirements and dramatic grade changes across the site. A bold checkered-flag rain screen clads the support and guest buildings, with red, white, and blue accents in reference to the main driving circuit only meters away. The guest experience is further enhanced by walking paths designed as a miniature track, an homage to the racing spirit that drives the park.
